We pride ourselves on your plants reaching you in the best possible condition, regardless of where you live. If this does not happen, we absolutely one hundred percent will sort the problem out, so however small you believe the issue to be, please do get in touch!
Our delivery methods are detailed below, and of course if there are any questions regarding our delivery process, please don't hesitate to contact us.
We offer free local delivery for orders over £10. This covers the following postcodes: BS1, BS2, BS3, BS4, BS5, BS6, BS7, BS8, BS9, BS10, BS11, BS13, BS14 BS15, BS16, BS30, BS31, BS32, BS34, BS35, BS36, BS37, BS41, GL6, GL9, GL10, GL11, GL12, GL13.
Once your order has been received, it will be placed on the next available delivery run. We carry out multiple delivery runs throughout the week, and aim to get yours out to you no later than 7 days from order date, dependent on how busy we are.
We pack all orders the night before delivery to ensure the plants have minimal time without adequate light conditions. You will receive a shipping notification email as soon this has been done and your order is ready to go.
Once the orders are packed, they are left directly under a natural light source in our loading area for their final sleep before reaching their new homes!
UK wide shipping
For all orders under £50, we offer UK wide shipping currently priced at £6.99. For orders over £50, the shipping is totally free.
We ship orders on a Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday only, to ensure there is minimal risk of any plants being stuck in a box over the weekend. We can ship on a Thursday or Friday if it is desperately required, however we prefer not to.
You will receive a shipping notification once your order has been picked, which gets done the night before. In the morning, your order is then safely boxed with as much care as we possibly can give. You may have to set aside an hour to get them back out of the box again, but your new babies will be worth it, right?
Once your plants have been boxed up, they are sent on an overnight next day service. You should receive a text confirmation once the parcel has been handed to the courier. Their system takes over from there, with tracking information and updates all available direct to customer.
For all of our deliveries we use recyclable Kraft paper and biodegradable packing peanuts. These can be dissolved in water, or thrown in the compost bin!
We do not buy any plastic items new, as a commitment to minimising the impact that our operations have on the environment around us. Any plastic items (bubble wrap, plant pot sleeves) are all completely recycled. We re-use plant sleeves from when our plants come in from Holland and we get a LOT of bubble wrap in from pot deliveries and other items, so we keep all of this for re-use.
Our boxes are also recycled where possible. If there are any questions regarding our delivery methods, please do not hesitate to get in touch!
