Rhipsalis micrantha XL

This one's a bit gnarly on the base, but is very healthy as can be seen by the bushy growth. An essential addition to the home jungle.

These are epiphytic cacti, meaning they live on trees in the wild. They like to be damp most of the time and do appreciate a warmer spot. 

Available for all shipping options but as the stems are so long, please expect one or two breakages during transit.

The plant is in a 27cm hanging pot. Longest stem around 110cm.

About our rescue plants

All our rescue plants are extremely special. In some cases they have been brought into the country many years ago and meticulously cared for in someones back garden for tens of years. 

The cost of purchasing & collecting these plants is very high, and usually the plants are complete one-offs. Because of this, we try and pass on as much information as possible. You are purchasing a real piece of history. If you are lucky enough to receive a handwritten name label with your plant, please do keep it with the plant as a reminder of the previous owner.

If not, we encourage you to write your own and re-start the plants labelling in your care.

These plants require bright light. Water thoroughly but only when bone dry, and restrict watering from October to around March. See our care advice article for full details.
